Thank you for placing your order Lula 'n' Lee! 

 All Lula 'n' Lee pieces are completely handmade to order, therefore each piece has a unique flare. Please carefully review our policies.

Production of orders can take up to 5 days after the order has been placed. Please allow a few extra days for shipping. Thank you!  

Jewelry Care 

When getting dresses, put your jewelry on last. Jewelry exposed to makeup, perfume, lotion, hairspray may discolor. Remove Jewelry before swimming, showering, cleaning, etc.

 

Return Policy

Lula 'n' Lee does not accept returns due to the nature of all products being made to order.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for another Lula 'n' Lee item equal to or greater than the item purchased.
  • Please notify Lula 'n' Lee of your intent to exchange before shipping by emailing customer service at hannah@lulanlee.com 
  • All exchanges must be received by Lula 'n' Lee within 14 days of the date you received the item.
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging. 
  • Customers are responsible for shipping exchanges at their own expense. Please use a reputable shipping service which provides tracking information.
  • We cannot exchange any items that look worn or unsaleable.
  • Any item on sale or promotion is not eligible for exchange.
  • Lula ‘n’ Lee is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
  • Lula ‘n’ Lee reserves the right to determine eligibility for exchanges and make changes to this policy without notice.

 

Damage Policy

Please inspect all items as soon as you receive your shipment. We will gladly replace your items if they are defective or damaged from transit within 5 days of arrival. 

  • Please send an email to hannah@lulanlee.com containing the invoice number and a picture of the damaged goods. 
  • Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging.

We will handle all damages on a case by case basis. 

 

Repair Policy 

Repairs are handled on a case by case basis. Please photograph the item in question and contact us via email at hannah@lulanlee.com

 

Sale Items!

All sale items are final sale. 

 

If your item or items do not meet the above requirements, they will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
